� Special award from Birla art and cultural academy, Kolkata in 1978.

� 1st prize from Odisha Lalit Kala Academy in 1986 for the display of his icon �SHREE GANESH�� in the 15th all Odisha fine arts exhibition.

� A certificate of honour from the minister of state industries in the year 1987 for his lifelong achievement Award in stone carving.

� ��Gyana pallavine�� Award conferred in 1990 by the Governor of Odisha for his lifelong devotion to art and other commendable achievements.
